Is it just concern or love for Raj in Zee TV’s Punar Vivaah-Ek Nayi Umeed

For ten years of his marriage Raj (Karan.V.Grover) ignored Sarita (Srishty Rode). He did not bother to talk to Sarita, speak up for Sarita, be friends etc In short he married her but she ceased to exist for him. Today after Divya (Rubina Dilaik) intervention, Raj has shown the basic courtesy of talking to Sarita. The lie that Sarita’s days were limited led to another outburst with Divya at the receiving end and Raj showing more concern and a liking of sorts towards Sarita.
Raj has never given his marriage a chance, he has never-fulfilled the duties of a Husband because he never considered his marriage as a marriage, himself as a husband or Sarita as his wife, even if it’s the biggest truth of his life, but today when Sarita has agreed to a Punar Vivaah one can see an entirely different Raj.
Sarita who has been in love with Raj like forever is happy to see a different side of Raj and is living the last days with him (As his wife) to the fullest. The care, concern that he is showering upon her be it shielding Sarita from the verbal abuses by her in-laws, encouraging her to wear something she is comfortable in unlike the revealing clothes given by her M-I-L, fighting with the man who agreed to marry her but posed a condition (Virginity Test) at the last moment etc has amazed her.
Now Raj has pledged to get Sarita married in one month to somebody who deserves her and if he fails, he would sacrifice his first love. Punar Vivaah Ek Nayi Umeed indeed has taken a different path and we like that about the show. We are sure that Raj will get to know Sarita better in this one month, his respect and liking towards her is bound to increase and LOVE well that too will make a way but how is something that is going to be worth watching and all the wait….Are you up for it???
