Sooraj Rathi’s rope act in Star Parivaar Awards

Just like the Bahu’s and Beti’s of Star Parivaar Awards who have taken to the giving special tribute to Woman this year , Star Parivaar’s favorite Beta Sooraj Rathi aka Anas Rashid also left a huge mark with his performance on the same.
Star Parivaar Awards as we all know are giving a special tribute to the women, in light of the horrific rape cases the nation has seen of late. Highlighting the current scenario, in his act Anas Rashid walked on a tight rope that was 10ft high. The act was choreographed by ace Choreographer Shiamak Davar and depicted the struggle a woman has to go through each day in our society. The performance themed around atrocities against women and women empowerment won Anas a standing ovation from the entire audience.
Looks like this is another performance to look forward to amongst a galore of other stunning and hard-hitting performances of the evening, so don’t forget to tune into Star Plus on the 13th of July 2013, starting 6:00 PM (IST)
